Purpose and legal basis for the processing of data (Article. 13 Paragraph. 1 c GDPR)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with information about our company's products and services.
  • In order to give you, as a user, the opportunity to get in touch with the contact person in our company

We process your personal data in compliance to the following legal bases:

  • Article. 6 Paragraph. 1 a GDPR for the processing of personal data with consent of the data subject
  • Article. 6 Paragraph. 1 c GDPR for the processing of personal data required to fulfil a legal obligation which we are subject to in accordance with applicable law of the EU or under applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is fully or partially applicable.
  • Article. 6 Paragraph. 1 f GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and fundamental rights as well as interests of the person are impaired. Legitimate interests are, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims, and compliance with further legal provisions.


Interests of the controller in cases concerning the balance of interest (Article. 13 Paragraph. 1 d GDPR)

Upon visiting the website, a connection to your browser will be established. The following information will be temporarily stored as system files and automatically recorded: IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of retrieved files, website from which the access is made or from which you have been directed to our site, the browser used, and the operating system of your device and the name of your internet provider if applicable.

This data will be processed by us for the purpose of ensuring a smooth connection setup and system security. The resulting connection data – usually stored for a maximum of seven days – will be automatically deleted. If the website is misused, log data which is required for the provision of evidence will be retained until the incident is resolved.


Categories of recipients (Article. 13 Paragraph. 1 e GDPR)

In the context of the provided serves, we work with separate service companies that are bound to confidentiality and obliged to protect data. Any data transfer to the authorities only takes place on subjection to prevailing legislation.


Transmission to third countries (Article. 13 Paragraph. 1 f GDPR)

No data will be transmitted to any third country.


Storage duration according to legal retention requirements and deletion of personal data (Article. 13 Paragraph. 2 a GDPR)

Cookies are usually stored for a maximum of seven days and will be automatically deleted. If the website is misused, log data that is required for the provision of evidence will be retained until the incident is resolved. (see above 2.2).

Data collected via the contact form will be deleted after three years, unless your inquiry requires the data to be stored (for example with an order) (see below 2.6).


Your right to access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, objection, and data portability (Article. 13 Paragraph. 2 b GDPR)

As a data subject, you can exercise your right to information, correction, and deletion of data at any time. Should you want data to be deleted which we are still legally obliged to keep, access to said data will be restricted (blocked).

Insofar as the processing of your data takes place in order to safeguard legitimate interests, you have the right to object to any processing through our designated contact channel at any time if your particular situation is a basis for reasons that conflict with any data processing. We will then terminate this processing unless it serves predominantly protectable interests on our part.

If data is processed with your consent, you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Any data will be deleted.
You can exercise your right for data to be transmitted if the technological capabilities of the recipient and our company allow it. Just contact us as described above.


Right to lodge a complaint (Article. 13 Paragraph. 2 d GDPR)

If you contact us via our contact form, your data will be processed from the form to process your request.
Legal basis for the transmission to us is a consent in accordance with Article. 6 Paragraph. 1 lit. a GDPR.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The data will be deleted.

Unless your request results in a retention obligation (for example, when placing an order), the data will be deleted after three years. Your data will be forwarded internally to the responsible member of our staff to process your request. A transfer to third parties will not take place without your approval.
